Huntsville this has become all to familiar. This is where a great number of our homes for homeless citizens and up. I have personally met with some of these people and they suffer from mental illness and many other life altering issues. Incarceration is definitely not the answer to a city as wealthy as Huntsville. Many of these people in the photos have been arrested an average of eight times each over seven years. This simply cannot be excepted as normal anymore.
